Goan Yeoun Moon holds the position of Chief of Staff at IVI, with responsibilities encompassing leadership and acting as a liaison for institutional objectives under the guidance of the Director General and senior leadership. In this capacity, she assists the Director General in areas such as planning, priority setting, information management, and managing important correspondence with members of the Leadership Team and Senior Managers. Goan Yeoun also supervises the administrative personnel within the Director General’s office, overseeing the administrative functions and internal controls of the Unit. This oversight ensures streamlined operations and effective coordination within IVI.

With prior experience in diplomatic and trade sectors, Goan Yeoun has demonstrated adept communication, organizational, and coordination skills. She previously served as a trade and investment officer at the Embassy of Pakistan in Seoul, where she facilitated collaborations between Pakistani and Korean companies. Her responsibilities included conducting market research, organizing visit programs, and developing market entry strategies. Before her diplomatic role, she held a position at World Marketing Co., Ltd., where she worked as a sales coordinator within the Planning Department.

Goan Yeoun holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Sogang University.
