RADAAR Policy Advocacy e-Learning Platform
The RADAAR Policy Advocacy e-Learning Platform was developed to convert the RADAAR project’s Advocacy to Drive AMR Policy: A Country Guide into a flexible, accessible, modular online course. It applies the principles of micro-learning – short, focused modules that learners can complete in short time periods – to increase learner engagement among busy professionals.
The online training program follows a practical, step-by-step approach, adaptable to the country context, and comprises six self-paced modules (See Figure 1). It includes videos, tools and templates, checklists, worksheets, knowledge tests, Fleming Fund country case studies, assessments, certification, and other resources.
Training objectives
The training informs and supports the introduction and/or enforcement of AMR-related policies, and the implementation of AMR National Action Plans, by enhancing participants’ capacity to:
- Prioritize AMR on the policy agenda
- Stimulate demand from policymakers for sharing/analyzing policy-relevant data
- Engage and influence policymakers to adopt/implement/enforce AMR policies/National Action Plans
- Share and apply practical policy advocacy tools in institutional settings.

The training is aimed at national and subnational AMR stakeholders who can influence policy-makers to adopt and/or develop policies to address AMR, in line with National Action Plans:
