Webinar | Curbing the Invisible Pandemic: Effective Solutions to Collectively Combat Antimicrobial Resistance

The webinar ‘Curbing the Invisible Pandemic: Effective Solutions to Collectively Combat Antimicrobial Resistance’ took place on Tuesday, December 7, 2021. It was co-hosted by the International Vaccine Institute (IVI), Asian Development Bank (ADB), Institut Pasteur Korea (IPK), the Embassy of Denmark in the Republic of Korea, and the International Centre for Antimicrobial Resistance Solutions (ICARS).
The webinar focused on tools, such as the development of vaccines, new drugs, as well as a range of policy actions to tackle AMR, and discuss effective strategies for strengthening capacities and capabilities in low- and middle-income countries, and the generation of actionable data to support context-specific, evidence-based solutions.
