The International Vaccine Institute (IVI) is a non-profit international organization founded in 1997 in Seoul, Republic of Korea as an initiative under the leadership of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). Composed of 39 countries and the World Health Organization as members, IVI aims to discover, develop, and deliver safe, effective, and affordable vaccines for global health. Tae-Kyung Byun, a Head of Government and Public Relations at IVI, has worked for this institute for nearly 20 years, specializing in government cooperation and public relations.
