INVITATION FOR BID
[Replacement of the Server for the EPM System]

The International Vaccine Institute (IVI) now invites sealed proposals from interested parties for the supply of the following goods and/or services:

1. Ref. No: IVI-ITU-202608-0041
2. Deadline for proposal submission: September 18, 2026, at 17:00 KST (GMT + 9 h)
3. Equipment to be supplied: One (1) enterprise-grade 1U rack server for the EPM system
4. Technical specifications: See Attachment 2. Technical Specification
5. Documents to be submitted: See Attachment 1. Bid Guideline
   

IVI reserves the right to cancel the bidding procedure if bids are not properly qualified, and to negotiate the contract details with short-listed bidders. The successful bidder shall be notified of acceptance and will receive a request to sign a contract as soon as possible.
