The KEB Foundation has supported this year’s IVI Advanced Vaccinology Course for the Asia Pacific Region with a 30 million Won ($32,000) donation to IVI in late 2006. This comes after the charity foundation, affiliated with Korea Exchange Bank, donated the same amount to the Institute in 2005.

Mr. Robert E. Fallon, an enthusiastic IVI supporter who led the foundation’s effort to provide the contributions, strongly urged his colleagues in the foundation to continue its support to IVI, saying “Please remain a friend of IVI even without me,” as he left Korea upon completing his term as the KEB Board Chairman in March.
