Republic of Cote D'Ivoire joins IVI as 38th Signatory The Republic of Cote D'Ivoire (Ivory Coast) joined the IVI as a new Signatory to IVI’s Establishment Agreement on February 15, 2006. This follows the Republic of Liberia joining the IVI in October 2005. The Republic of Cote D'Ivoire now brings the number of IVI signatories to 38, including the World Health Organization.
