The KEB Foundation, affiliated with Korea Exchange Bank, donated 30 million won to the IVI during a fund delivery ceremony at IVI headquarters on September 21.

The Foundation, which has supported the Institute since 2004, made the donation to support the IVI’s ‘10th International Advanced Course on Vaccinology in the Asia-Pacific Region,’ which will be held next year. This latest contribution brings the Foundation’s contributions to the IVI to a total of 150 million won during 2005-2009.

In attendance at the ceremony were Mr. Kwon Taek-Myung, Standing Director, and Mr. Kim Woon-Gyum, Secretary-General, from KEB Foundation; and Dr. John D. Clemens, Director-General, Ms. Joanne Lee, Senior Advisor to the Director-General, and Ms. Joy Sohn, Fundraising Head from the IVI.
